本產(chǎn)品是基于花崗巖的物化特性而研制的針對(duì)性石材防水劑?；◢弾r是巖漿在地下深處經(jīng)冷凝而形成的深色酸性火成巖，部分花崗巖為巖漿和沉積巖經(jīng)變質(zhì)而形成的片麻巖類(lèi)或混合巖化的巖石。花崗巖主要組成礦物為長(zhǎng)石、石英、黑白云母等，石英含量是10%～50%。長(zhǎng)石含量約占總量的2/3，分為正長(zhǎng)石、斜長(zhǎng)石（堿石灰）及微斜長(zhǎng)石（鉀堿）。不同品種的礦物成份不盡相同，還可能有含輝石和角閃石。普通的滲透性防護(hù)劑含有的硅材料不能有效地滲入這類(lèi)石材的內(nèi)部，且易在石材的表面形成紋路般的殘留，影響了石材的整體防護(hù)效果及美觀(guān)。該花崗巖防護(hù)劑PV101具備更強(qiáng)的滲透能力，不改變石材顏色，也不會(huì)在表面留任何痕跡，不影響石材原有的透氣性，能有效阻止水及污染從外部侵入，還可以防潮。本產(chǎn)品能有效防止石材的水斑不干、吐黃、鹽析泛堿（白華）、銹斑、粉化剝落等各種情況發(fā)生。該防護(hù)劑具有優(yōu)良的抗紫外線(xiàn)、抗老化性，耐候性長(zhǎng)達(dá)10年以上。其主體活性成份是美國(guó)FDA（美國(guó)食品醫(yī)藥局）認(rèn)可物質(zhì)。本產(chǎn)品固化后，無(wú)毒性，不會(huì)影響人體健康。

Based on physico-chemical characteristics of granite, the product is developed with clear targets. Granite is a kind of deep color acidic igneous rock which is made of condensing magma under deep underground. A part of granites belongs to gneissic rocks or rocks of migmatization which is made during the metamorphism of magma and sedimentary rock. The major mineral compositions of granites include feldspar, quartz, teruelite and so on. Quartz is 10%～50% in proportion. Approximately, feldspar is 2/3 in proportion, including orthoclase, plagioclase(soda lime) and microcline(potash). Different minerals have different compositions. Ordinary granite-targeted protectant which includes silicon ingredients can’t efficiently permeate into depth of target stone. Furthermore,It's easy to leave some line-shaped residual staff on the stone surface which influence the overall protective efficiency and its aesthetic refinement. Granite protectant PV101 possesses higher permeability and it will never alter the color of stone or leave any stains. Moreover, It has no influence on the original breathability of stone. It can efficiently prevents water or pollution from invading and be moisture proof. It can prevent kinds of situations from happening，for example , the water spots keep wet, the efflorescence happens, the stone becomes yellowish or gets rusty spot and the chalking drops etc. The product is truly uvioresistant and aging resistant. It durability lasts more than 10 years. Its major active composition is authenticated by FDA (Food and Drug Administration).After solidified, it’s non-toxic and will never do harm to human health.

施工方法：Operation Method

1.  施工前，盡量保持石材的干燥和清潔，并使施工場(chǎng)所處于良好的通風(fēng)。

2.  將防護(hù)劑用噴霧器噴涂或毛刷直接刷涂于石材表面。涂刷過(guò)程中，橫豎涂刷，避免遺漏，多次涂刷效果更佳。每公升防護(hù)劑可處理石材10-30平方米（具體視石材吸收率及表面情況而定）。對(duì)吸收率特大的石材可進(jìn)行再次涂刷，但前提必須在待石材表面完全干燥后進(jìn)行。

3.  本產(chǎn)品的防水效果在6小時(shí)后開(kāi)始顯現(xiàn)，自然養(yǎng)護(hù)5天后防護(hù)效果達(dá)到******。

4.  本產(chǎn)品也可在低溫環(huán)境下使用，但須延長(zhǎng)養(yǎng)護(hù)期。

5.  產(chǎn)品采用密封包裝，儲(chǔ)存期為2年。

6.  施工完1小時(shí)可裝箱。

1.  Before operation starts, the surface of stone must be kept dry and clean. The site must be in good ventilation

2.  Use vaporization to spray on the stone surface or brush on it directly. During its brushing process, move the brush from right to left ,top to bottom to avoid missing somewhere, the effect must be better if stone is brushed several times. Every liter of protectant can deal with stone surface 10 to 30 square meters. (The accurate usage amount depends on the absorptivity and condition of stone surface) As for stone surface with specially high absorptivity, brush it again in condition that the stone surface is completely dried after first process.

3.  The waterproof performance appears after 6 hours. The protective effect will be perfect after five-day natural maintenance.

4.  The product can be used under low-temperature environment but there is a need to extend the maintenance period.

5.  Apply sealed package. Have 2-year storage life.

6.  The stone can be encased after the operation finishes for 1 hour.

注意事項(xiàng)：Notes

1.  本產(chǎn)品開(kāi)封后，不使用時(shí)應(yīng)立即將桶蓋擰緊，減少揮發(fā)。

2.  注意在施工過(guò)程要防止過(guò)分暴曬，否則將影響產(chǎn)品的整體效果，阻礙防護(hù)劑滲透。

3.  建議對(duì)不熟悉的石材可試先做個(gè)試驗(yàn)，并讓其反應(yīng)24小時(shí)。

4.  禁止明火

5.  放置兒童不可觸及處。

6.  不放置于高酸環(huán)境中，禁止與任何苛刻化學(xué)品接觸及清洗。

1.  After It's opened , wrench the lid tightly when it isn't in use to reduce volatilization.

2.  Avoid overexposure during its operating process, otherwise, it will affect the overall effect of product.

3.  As for unfamiliar stone, propose to make a sample test in advance. 24 hours at least for reaction.

4.  No open flames

5.  Be kept out of the reach of children.

6.  Don't put it in high-alkali circumstance. Forbid to touch any kind of harsh chemicals or be washed by it.
